Is there any troubleshooting of my voice service that I can do on my own should I have a problem?

o Check equipment by disconnecting it from the phone jack and power source. Sometimes resetting equipment will restore service.

o Make sure all phones are hung up.

o Do a visual inspection of all exposed wiring and connections for damage or loose connections.

o If more than one outlet, check equipment at each outlet to determine if operation can be completed successfully from any outlet.

o To isolate jack or house wiring problems, move a working telephone to each jack in the house to find which location is causing the trouble.

o For Issues with telephone service, the first step is to check to make sure that the cord is firmly connected from the jack to the phone or the cordless phone base. The next step in troubleshooting is to unplug all connected phones and then plug them back in one at a time. This can help clear up line issues.

o If these troubleshooting steps don’t resolve the issue, please report the trouble by calling 361-771-3334 for 24/7 Technical Support or visit https://www.ykc.com/support/
