I ran a speed test and didn’t get the speed I’m signed up for with YK Communications. What should I do?

Your bandwidth is divided across all devices on your network —wired and wireless. The more devices you have utilizing your bandwidth, the less will be available for each device. Remove every device from your network except for one, preferably a wired device. Then run a speed test again. If you’re still below 80% of your package’s stated speed, call our 24/7 tech support team at 361-771-3334 for further troubleshooting. If your speed test shows 80% or better, then you may want to consider upgrading to a higher speed
