INITIAL Meteor Scatter CONTACT  is: a First Time Meteor Scatter Contact with a station or a First Time Meteor
Scatter Contact from the same station operating from a different 4 digit grid square (different than home QTH, e.g.,
rover, mobile, portable, ect.)  In other words, you can work the same station as an additional initial meteor scatter
contact when you or the other station are transmitting from a different grid square or the same grid square but a
different country. And the same goes for mobile, rover, and portable stations operating in different grids working a
fixed station from a given grid.

Rover Rules:
All Rover contacts for the Random QSO Award must use the same call sign however if another call sign is used
(Field Day, Club etc) the control operator must be the same person making application for said award. (This should
be clearly marked in the log)
