| Newsgroups are basically online forums that work through a third-party program, such as Microsoft Outlook Express to allow users to post messages and read other postings. YK Communications provides access to a newsgroup server for all users who wish to setup a newsgroup account. The following procedure will allow you to create a newsgroup account with YK Communications using Outlook Express. |

| Open Outlook Express |
| Click on the “Tools” menu located at the top of the window |
| Click on “Accounts” |
| Click on the “Add” button in the top right corner and then click “News”: |

| Enter a display name as instructed and click on “Next”: |

| Enter your email address as instructed and click on “Next”: |
 |
| |
| Enter the News server as instructed as displayed in the picture and select “Next”. Make sure the box labeled “My news server requires me to log on” is not checked |

| Click on “Finish” to complete the newsgroup setup |
