YK Communications offers support on the Email service we provide and on the Microsoft third-party mail clients, such as Outlook and Outlook Express.  There are other third-party mail client programs available such as IncrediMail, Eudora, Thunderbird, and Versamail, however our support is directed to the widely used Microsoft products listed below.  If you choose to use a non-Microsoft mail client, our technical support will be limited because there are far too many programs for our support department to be sufficient with all of them. 

Before you proceed with any Email troubleshooting, have you rebooted your computer?  If not, please reboot your computer and proceed with the appropriate category.
