Inside Wire Maintenance is another valuable service plan that is available to all Ganado Telephone residential and business customers. This monthly service provides repair protection for the telephone jacks and wiring inside customers’ homes and offices. This plan is designed to protect Ganado Telephone customers from unexpected repair charges in the event that a problem is found within inside telephone wire(s) or jacks.

Monthly Charges

Residential – $1.50 per line
Business – $1.75 per line

Report Your Telephone Out of Order

To report your telephone out of order, please contact the business office at 361-771-3331 or toll free at 888-395-1499. If the business office is closed, our automated system will allow you to report your outage and have an on-call technician respond.
